To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@VOPA.shop. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized to be accepted.
Return Methods
Customers may return products via mail.
Return Labels
For defective products, you can download and print the return label. For returns due to customer remorse, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Accepted Product Conditions for Returns
We accept returns for products in both new and used conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective products, there is no cost associated with the return. For returns due to customer remorse, a restocking fee of $25 will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return for the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund may take some time, depending on your bank or credit card company.
